You Can't Coach That

Speed linking

Inspired by Saman I am going to give this speed linking idea a go. I am reading lots of blogs that I really like so I may as well do my very small part to help them out. So here is a list of the stuff I have enjoyed over the last few days:

• Comedy Plus is back from the boating trip as is still keeping the jokes coming. There is usually several jokes a day so check them out, especially if you are like me and can’t remember jokes
• RT hates politicians (here! here!) and explains to the younger generation that all the fine things they can’t do without are in fact recent inclusions in many households
• Saman saved Japan from Godzilla and has the pictures to prove it
• Arnie has picked up on an interesting Chinese shopping craze - shop en masse
• Leo has written a very funny letter to alcohol as its biggest fan. I really like this sort of writing - have a look at my open letter to acme. I have been thinking of doing a regular “open letter” type post.

Open letters are very effective in drawing in readers (and controversy if you want). I recommend everyone do it at least once in a while.

I have a suggestion though, you should deeplink your links!! Many bloggers, including myself, add between two to three new articles a day, so if someone visited this page today, they might not see the article you’re linking to!
