Poltroonery: The act of poltrooning on another person’s body.
Poltroon: rubbing the belly is a small counter clockwise motion.

poltroon - something about Poultry maybe? Poultry in the Royal Duntroon Academy??
Actually, now that I have looked it up it has, kinda, something to do with poultry - means chicken/yellow belly/coward.
